PaySmallSmall agreement
1. The plan
You choose one product and either 2, 3 or 4 monthly payments, or 4 to 16 weekly payments; no plan runs longer than 4 months. The product's price on the day you apply is divided equally by the number of payments chosen (the last payment may differ by a few naira for rounding). There is no interest and no added fee.
2. Locked price
The price is fixed when you apply. Later price changes, up or down, do not change your plan.
3. How you pay
Pay through Paystack's secure checkout from your PaySmallSmall account, or by direct bank transfer to the Mindsync Energy Systems company account shown in your account, using the reference given. Mindsync staff will never ask you to pay into a personal account. A Paystack payment counts once it is confirmed; a bank transfer counts once our team confirms it.
4. Payment dates
The first payment is due when you apply. Each following payment is due 30 days after the previous due date. Payments are made in order.
5. Late payments
If a payment is more than 7 days late, the plan is paused. Nothing you have paid is lost. You can resume by paying the overdue amount, or choose Step Down.
6. Pickup or delivery
When you apply you choose free pickup from our shop or delivery to one of our listed delivery locations. A delivery fee, set by our team for that location, is added to your plan total and spread across your payments. Either way, the product is released only after the final payment is confirmed. You can change between pickup and delivery before release; any fee change is spread over your unpaid payments. We will contact you to agree a pickup or delivery date. Ownership passes to you on handover.
7. Step Down
If you cannot continue, you may move to a cheaper product priced at or above the amount you have already paid. Your payments are credited in full; you pay any remaining balance in one payment and the product is delivered after that. Step Down replaces your original plan.
8. No cash refunds
Payments are not returned as cash. Your protection is that every naira paid counts towards a product, through your original plan or Step Down.
9. Receipts
Each confirmed payment has a numbered receipt you can download. Anyone can confirm a receipt is genuine on the PaySmallSmall verify page.
10. Your information
We use your details only to manage your plan and delivery. Your identification and next-of-kin details are kept private and are visible only to you and our team.
11. Accuracy
You confirm the details you give are true. A plan may be cancelled if information is found to be false; any payments made can then be applied through Step Down.
